Pamela Ibarguren

Before their tenure at INTERMEDIA, Pamela worked at Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga' from 2010 to 2015 as an Analyst in the Department of Strategic Information and Quality. Here, they designed reports using business intelligence software, analyzed commercial activities and internal processes, and proposed improvements. Additionally, they conducted online surveys and analyzed the results.

In 2013, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Change Management in Organizations at the same institution. In 2016, they completed a language course focusing on conversation at Inc. English Services. Additionally, they obtained the Cambridge English First Certificate (B2 First) from the University of Cambridge in 2005.
