Santiago Estragó

Santiago Estragó has a diverse background in software engineering and teaching. Santiago started their career as a Freelance Web Developer, where they developed websites and web apps using PHP with the Laravel framework, as well as WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. In 2013, they worked as an Assistant Professor at Universidad ORT Uruguay before joining Moove-it in 2014 as a Senior Full Stack Developer. At Moove-it, they were responsible for developing web and mobile applications using Ruby and NodeJS for the backend, and JavaScript (ES6+, React, Redux, Webpack, Angular, etc.) for the frontend. Santiago also worked on mobile projects using React Native. In 2019, Santiago joined Rootstrap as a Senior Full Stack Developer, where they continued to use their skills in developing web applications. In addition to their work experience, Santiago served as a Professor of Software Architecture in Practice at Universidad ORT Uruguay from 2019 to 2022. In 2020, they joined Howdy® as a Senior Software Engineer.

Santiago Estragó obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad ORT Uruguay, spanning from 2011 to 2016.
