Daniel Roby serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Austin Street Center since April 2015. Previously, Daniel Roby participated as a Leadership Scholar in the Presidential Leadership Scholars program from January to June 2022 and completed the Leadership Dallas program through the Dallas Regional Chamber from September 2016 to May 2017. Daniel Roby's earlier roles include Nonprofit Benefits Consultant at Gallagher, Insurance Marketing at GuideStone Financial Resources, Outreach Chaplain at Portland Rescue Mission, and Outreach Director at Transitional Youth. Daniel Roby holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communications from Baylor University, a diploma from Lake Highlands High School, a certificate in Nonprofit Management from Southern Methodist University, and a Pastoral License in Missions from Antioch Ministries International.

For over 30 years, Austin Street Center has been committed to providing emergency shelter, food, and clothing to homeless men and women in Dallas. Through crisis intervention, case-management, transitional housing, and work readiness programs, Austin Street Center exists to provide the support and life skills necessary to achieve independence free of charge to more than 2,700 individuals annually.
