Julian Mensah

Julian Mensah serves as the Founder and Executive Director of Threat Football Club since July 2024, and as the Senior Director of Development at Austin Street Center since March 2023. Prior to these roles, Julian was the Director of Development at On the Road Lending from August 2021 to February 2023, and served as Development Officer for Institutional Giving at Big Thought from May 2019 to July 2021. Earlier experience includes External Relations Manager at Year Up, Administrative Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas, Mentor Coordinator and Grant Writer at Just Say YES, Contract Campaign Associate at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, Volunteer Coordinator at Literacy Instruction for Texas, and Americorps Contract Family Service Coordinator at Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity. Julian holds an Executive Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame and dual undergraduate degrees in Public Affairs and Sociology from The University of Texas at Dallas.
