Melinda Garvey has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2002, they co-founded AW Media, Inc., where they have been actively involved in Austin Woman magazine for almost 20 years, promoting the advancement of women. Melinda also founded and served as the voice of the See It To Be It Podcast since 2016, featuring relatable role models for women. In 2017, Garvey founded On The Dot Global, a company that helps nonprofits and corporate culture leaders create highly engaged private virtual communities. Additionally, they are an angel investor for RaaS99 starting in 2023.
Melinda Garvey attended DePauw University from 1985 to 1989, although their degree and field of study during that time are unknown. Melinda later pursued a Master of Arts in International Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
