Michelle Russell has a diverse professional background, starting as a Senior Florist at Christopher's Florist before transitioning into roles such as Industry Consultant/Account Manager at Mission Australia Apprenticeship Solutions and Apprenticeship Consultant at Sarina Russo Apprenticeships.
