Fiona Watters

Fiona Watters is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at Australia for UNHCR since May 2017. Prior to this role, Fiona worked as the HR Manager at UNICEF Australia from January 2014 to April 2017, overseeing all aspects of HR operations and strategy while reporting to the CEO. Fiona's career also includes significant positions at King & Wood Mallesons as Head of People and Development and People and Development Manager, as well as an HR Client Relationship Manager role at UBS and an HR Business Partner position at Challenger Financial Services Group. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Public Relations from Charles Sturt University, completed between 1993 and 1995.
