Mark van Swet

Mark van Swet is an experienced professional in business improvement and lean operations, currently serving as Business Improvement Lead at Australia Post since June 2021. Mark has successfully deployed a multi-year Lean program across substantial parcel and mail processing facilities in Victoria and Western Australia. Prior to this role, Mark held key positions at Giesecke+Devrient, HELLA, and Placemakers, where responsibilities included Lean Operations Management and continuous improvement initiatives. Mark's career began in engineering roles at Visy Industries and Winstone Aggregates, among others. Mark holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business and a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Auckland, complemented by early education at King's College.
