Matthew Adams

Matthew Adams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business analysis and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Australia Post since April 2023, Matthew previously held a similar role at the Department of Transport, where responsibilities included coordinating ICT procurement, developing business cases, and leading complex investigations. Prior to that, Matthew spent over a decade at National Australia Bank in various leadership roles, including Transformation Manager, where notable achievements included managing core system replacements and centralizing operations teams. Matthew's career development also includes positions within foreign exchange operations and a solid foundation in various operational roles since 1998. Matthew is an alumnus of Mount Lilydale Mercy College.
