Michelle King

Michelle King has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Starting in 2004, they worked as an Internal Sales representative at Abey Australia, where they were responsible for banking large sums of money, monthly account reconciliation, and petty cash control. In 2011, they transitioned to Team Management Systems, where they served as a Receptionist, handling phone calls, complaints, and customer orders. Following this, they joined Global Product Search as an HR Advisor, managing advertisement and filling vacancies for multiple clients, as well as maintaining a database. Since 2013, Michelle has been associated with Australia Zoo Pty Ltd, where they held various HR roles, including HR & Recruitment Coordinator, Senior HR Advisor, Human Resources Manager, and currently serves as the Chief of Human Resources.

Michelle King obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Asset College (RTO 31718) from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Toogoolawah State High School from 1998 to 2002. Michelle also holds additional certifications such as a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Asset Training Australia (RTO #31718) obtained in September 2015, a Drug and Alcohol Screen certification obtained in 2012, a Responsible Service of Alcohol certification obtained in 2011, a Responsible Service of Gambling certification obtained in 2011, and various other certifications such as Apply First Aid, Business Certificate II, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, and Perform CPR & Advanced Resuscitation.
