Luke van Ryn

Luke van Ryn is an experienced professional currently serving as an Assistant Manager at the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) since July 2021. In this role, Luke analyses regulatory and technological developments to support informed decision-making within the Regulatory Futures, Markets and International team. Prior to this, Luke held positions as a Research Analyst and Research Assistant, and worked as a Sessional Tutor at both the University of Melbourne and Deakin University, facilitating student discussions and guiding research. Luke completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Communication and Media Studies and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in the same field at the University of Melbourne between 2005 and 2018.
