Tapan Dave currently serves as Principal Consultant for Transformation, Technology and Risk at Holman Hodge since September 2022. In addition to this role, Tapan holds multiple positions within the Australian Computer Society, including Management Committee Member, Branch Chair, and Hon Treasurer since January 2021. As a co-founder of Ethically Better since January 2022, Tapan has also contributed to the Australia India Business Council Ltd as Vice President for the South Australia Chapter from October 2022 to September 2023. Previous experiences include directorial roles at Intellitech Partners and senior managerial positions at RAA, including General Manager - Information Services and CIO. Tapan's earlier career includes significant positions at SMR Automotive Global, Australian Vintage Limited, and Accolade Wines, culminating in a diverse background in technology and strategic governance. Tapan holds an MBA in Technology from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communications Technology from the University of South Australia.
