Michael Pollitt

Michael Pollitt serves as the Industry Engagement Manager at the Centre for Advanced Defence Research and Enterprise (CADRE-OCE) since June 2023, focusing on developing new technologies for Defence and community protection. Additionally, Pollitt acts as an Advisor for TMRW Group and Gobbill while holding leadership roles at Theatre of Leadership and WeTheFounders. As the Founder and Managing Director of Mightyfine.net, Pollitt offers a range of consulting services including business strategy and venture funding. Pollitt’s previous experience includes co-founding Workforce Analytics and roles at Australia Post, where critical contributions to digital innovation were made. Pollitt holds a B. Business Systems degree from Monash University.
