Emma Black is a highly experienced professional in digital health policy and engagement, currently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor and Lead for Digital Inclusion at the Australian Digital Health Agency since August 2020. With a background as a Senior Engagement Analyst and Engagement Analyst at the same agency from August 2015 to August 2019, Emma also has experience from the NEHTA as a Customer Care Support Officer from August 2013 to August 2015. Additionally, Emma held a supervisory role at Event Cinemas from 2007 to July 2015 and briefly worked as a Personally Controlled Electronic Health Record Officer at Nepean Blue Mountains Medicare Local in early 2013. Emma Black holds a Bachelor of Health Science with a key program in Health Service Management and a sub-major in Social Psychology and Social Research from Western Sydney University, following education at Cheltenham Girls High School from 2000 to 2007.
