Hulda Amirtharaj

Hulda Amirtharaj is an accomplished ICT Senior Technical Project Manager currently serving at the NSW Department of Education since March 2023. With extensive experience in technical project management, Hulda has previously held roles at the Australian Digital Health Agency, focusing on digital transformation, data, and cloud initiatives. Prior experience includes significant positions at ASIC, where Hulda worked as a Technical Cloud Project Manager and also held various roles in testing and environments management. Prior to ASIC, Hulda contributed as a Senior Test/Information Consultant at KAZ and as a Product and Test Engineer at Unisys Australia. Hulda began a career in software testing at Siemens Information Systems Bangalore. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Information Technology Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Software Engineering from NIIT, and a Master’s Degree in Statistics from the University of Madras.
