Rebecca (Bec) Andrews is an accomplished service design professional with extensive experience in various design roles and project management. Currently serving as Service Design Lead at the Australian Digital Health Agency since January 2021, Rebecca previously held the position of Project Manager for the Innovate to Regenerate Project at the World Wildlife Fund. Aefkt Design employed Rebecca as a Designer and Art Director from August 2006 to January 2021. Rebecca's educational background includes a Masters of Design Futures from RMIT University and both a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication and an Honours year in Graphic Design from Curtin University.

Tasked with improving health outcomes for Australians through the delivery of digital healthcare systems and the national digital health strategy for Australia, the Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) commenced operations on 1 July 2016. Better use of data and technology can help people live healthier, happier and more productive lives. Digital health can make a real difference to people’s health by giving them greater control and better access to information. The Agency has a lead role in national engagement, delivery and uptake of digital health in Australia to support and enable a contemporary, connected healthcare system, accessible to all Australians and embraced by all healthcare professionals.
