Sylvia Xu Connor

Sylvia Xu Connor is a seasoned design professional currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at the Australian Digital Health Agency since October 2024. Prior experience includes leading product design at WentWest, where Sylvia orchestrated product discovery for a government-backed HealthTech startup, and managed a team of designers for a learning and behavioral change app. At Symbio, as Lead Experience Designer, Sylvia led the development of two SaaS telecommunications portals, and prior roles include Senior Product Developer/Designer at APG & Co Pty Ltd, where numerous white-labelled products were launched for prominent clients, and Designer at Seduce Group Australia, focusing on seasonal range development. In addition to practical experience, Sylvia has contributed as a guest speaker and mentor at Academy Xi since July 2021. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney, supplemented by studies in International Studies at Universidad de Salamanca.
