Currently serving as the Lead Enterprise Architect at the Australian Energy Regulator since February 2023, Pranav contributes to enhancing the Federal Government's digital capabilities. Pranav has been the Managing Director at S&P Digital since October 2019, focusing on big data solutions, and previously held the role of Enterprise Architect at Services Australia. We protect the interests of household and small business consumers by enforcing the Retail Law. Our retail energy market functions cover New South Wales, South Australia, Tasmania, the ACT and Queensland. We set the standing offer prices small business and residential customers pay in areas where there is no other retail price regulation – South Australia, New South Wales and south-east Queensland.
