Renee Wilson

Renee Wilson has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as a Police Advisor in Forensics for the Timor-Leste Police Development Program at the Australian Federal Police since December 2005. Wilson has held several leadership roles, including Team Leader for Crime Scenes in the Australian Capital Territory, where coordination of crime scene specialists and support for national teams is emphasized. Wilson also managed a fingerprint team, ensuring high standards in the development and identification of fingerprints. Academic qualifications include a Diploma of Public Safety (Forensic Investigations) from the Canberra Institute of Technology and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Archaeology and Anthropology from The Australian National University. Additional training includes AFFSB accreditation in 2009, illustrating continuous professional development. Prior experience includes working at the Health Insurance Commission from 1996 to 1998.
