Kimberly Dowsett

Kimberly Dowsett currently serves as the Head of Growth & Operations at the Australian Financial Crimes Exchange since January 2025. Previously, Kimberly held various director roles at Zip Co from September 2022 to January 2025, including Director of Product for New Zealand & Merchants, and Director Core Product. From March 2018 to September 2022, Kimberly was the Director of Digital Product at Tyro Payments, overseeing digital channels, UX design, and product marketing. Kimberly's experience includes significant roles at Commonwealth Bank, Westpac Group, Macquarie Bank, and Hillross Financial Services, focusing on business marketing, technology marketing, and customer propositions. Academically, Kimberly holds an Executive MBA and a Master's in Business & Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney, and is pursuing an Executive Master Coach degree from the Life Coaching Academy.
