Christian Gashi

Medical Spotter at Australian Football League

Christian Gashi has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Christian started their career in 2014 as a private academic tutor, providing tutoring services until 2020. In 2018, Christian worked as a consultant for 180 Degrees Consulting for a few months. Later that year, they briefly served as a Count Support Officer at the Victorian Electoral Commission. Starting in 2020, Christian took on the role of a research student at Austin Health, where they completed a research project on 3D-printed models in surgical training. In the same year, they co-founded Toto Health. In 2018, Christian began working at Western Health as a medical student, eventually becoming a medical doctor in 2021. Christian also served as a clinical assistant for a few months in 2020. Recently, in 2022, they joined the AFL as a medical spotter.

Christian Gashi attended Westbourne Grammar School from 2008 to 2013. Christian pursued a Bachelor of Biomedicine (B-BMED) degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Melbourne from 2014 to 2016. Following this, from 2017 to 2020, they studied at the same university and obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, specializing in Medicine.
