Liana Brown has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Liana began their career as an Administration Assistant at Limen Health Care Consulting in 2016. In the same year, they also worked as a Data Scout at SportsData. Liana then joined the Collingwood Football Club in 2016, where they served as an AFLW Assistant Team Manager and VFLW Coordinator, assisting with various tasks related to team operations. In 2018, Liana achieved their goal of working at the AFL Headquarters, initially starting as part of the Membership Services team before being promoted to Marketing and Communications Executive in June 2021.

Liana Brown completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business (Sports Management) from Deakin University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Arts at the University of Melbourne in 2014.
