Donna Keatley

Donna Keatley is an experienced executive with a robust background in compliance and governance across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at NavigateNY, effective July 2024, Donna oversees assistance with pre-bid documentation and project administration. Prior roles include Executive Director and Marketing and Communications Compliance Officer at SMBC MANUBANK, where Donna provided compliance expertise and established oversight for marketing reviews. Donna held senior positions at KeyBank as SVP, Director of Marketing Compliance, as well as at Wells Fargo, managing compliance for small business and personal lending. Additionally, Donna contributed to compliance and conduct risk at HSBC and served as Senior Compliance Manager at ESL Federal Credit Union. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Nazareth University.
