Luisa Serafini has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of communications, marketing, and customer engagement. Luisa started their career in 2006 at Etihad Stadium, where they worked as an Event Staffing Coordinator before being promoted to Membership Coordinator and later became the Client Services Manager for premium membership categories. In 2010, they joined Ticketmaster as a Client Account Manager, responsible for managing sport and special event clients. Luisa then moved to ITV, where they held the positions of CRM Executive and later Customer Engagement Manager, overseeing the company's multi-channel customer contact strategy. Continuing their career in the sports industry, Luisa joined Marvel Stadium in 2017 as a Customer Engagement & Special Projects Executive. Luisa is currently working as a Communications & Marketing Executive at the AFL - Australian Football League since November 2020.

Luisa Serafini attended General Assembly in 2017, where they completed a one-day workshop on Digital Marketing. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) at the University of Melbourne, majoring in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. During the same period, they also obtained a Diploma of Modern Languages (Italian) from the University of Melbourne.
