Madeline Penny is an experienced leader in the Australian Football League (AFL), currently serving as the General Manager of Game Development and has held various pivotal roles since August 2015, including Head of Community Football Operations and Investment, Head of COVID Compliance and Football Projects, and Women's Football Growth and Development Manager.
