Nikita Kedar

Nikita Kedar has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2012, they started as a Grade 2 Physiotherapist at Peninsula Health, specializing in Subacute Rehabilitation. They then moved on to Monash University in 2016, where they worked as a Teaching Associate. In the same year, they also took on the role of APA (VIC) Gerontology Committee Chair at the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

In 2018, at Monash Health, Nikita became a Grade 4 Physiotherapist and Gerontology Clinical Lead. They also held positions as a Senior Clinician Physiotherapist (Grade 3) in Gerontology, and as a Clinician in Redesign, Innovation & Improvement. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an Advisor in Innovation and Improvement at Monash Health.

Most recently, Nikita joined the AFL - Australian Football League in 2021 as the AFL Vaccination Project Manager. Their experience showcases a strong background in physiotherapy, gerontology, clinical leadership, teaching, and innovation in the healthcare industry.
