Rodrigo L.'s work experience begins in 2010 when they worked as a Category Management Analyst for PSM ASESORES. Rodrigo then joined Unilever as an Operation Assistant in September 2010 and was later promoted to an Area Sales Manager in November 2011. Rodrigo focused on creating a productive working environment, developing executives, and ensuring effective resource management while achieving sales targets. In 2014, they started working for Industrie Clothing as a Retail Assistant and was later promoted to Store Manager in January 2015.
In 2016, Rodrigo joined Philip Morris International as a Field Territory Manager, where they built and maintained strong long-term relationships with business partners. Rodrigo also designed bespoke sales strategies and provided consultations based on consumer behavior. Rodrigo then transitioned to the roles of Trade Activation Executive Hospitality and Digital Engagement Specialist, where they coordinated the expansion of digital trade programs, consolidated budgets, and centralized commercial investment. Rodrigo also partnered with agencies, negotiated contracts, and inspired the team to understand user behavior.
Currently, Rodrigo is working at the AFL - Australian Football League as a Premium Membership Communication Lead, starting in August 2022.
Rodrigo L. earned their Bachelor of Arts in International Business Administration from Universidad Panamericana, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Rodrigo'sfield of study during this time was Business Management.
In 2011, Rodrigo pursued further education and obtained an MBA in Advertisement & Trademark Strategic Management from the same institution, Universidad Panamericana. Rodrigo'sfocus during this program was in Marketing. Rodrigo completed their studies in 2013.
In 2019, Rodrigo took a marketing course at ADMA IQ to enhance their knowledge and skills in the field.
Recently, in 2021, Rodrigo obtained a Certificate in Analysis and Functional Analysis from Nexacu.
In addition to their formal education, Rodrigo also obtained a certification in Professional Presentations from the Australian Institute of Management in November 2021.
