Xavier Moloney

Xavier Moloney is an experienced professional in diversity and inclusion within the sports industry, currently serving as the National Diversity Manager at the Australian Football League (AFL) since September 2018. In this role, Xavier leads the development of strategic objectives for diversity and inclusion, ensuring effective communication and people leadership across the organization. Prior to this position, Xavier held the role of Diversity Manager at AFL Victoria from November 2011 to August 2018, and worked as Community Programs Coordinator at Essendon Football Club, as well as Participation and Schools Manager at AFL Northern Territory. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports and Exercise, both from the University of South Australia.
