Adrian McCarthy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Commercial Business Manager at Australian Growing Solutions since 2007, Adrian is responsible for achieving financial targets and providing strategic support to commercial and operational departments. Prior to this, Adrian held the position of National Sales & Marketing Manager at Grayson Australia, where responsibilities included developing national sales strategies and technical documentation for the chemical division. Earlier career experience includes a role as Technical Account Manager at Global Talk. Adrian holds a Diploma of Horticultural Science from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma of Business Management from the Australian Institute of Management, and additional credentials from Swinburne University of Technology.
