Vic Bayer

Vic Bayer has been with AIMS since June 1991, serving as the CFO. Previously, at the Australian Institute of Marine Science from June 1991 to January 2016, Vic held the role of CFO and Support Services Manager. Responsibilities included managing various departments such as Finance, Human Resources, and Information Services. Key tasks included budget development, expenditure monitoring, internal audits, and corporate governance. Vic also oversaw the production of financial statements and auditing, as well as the supervision of a staff of 20. Graduated from Liverpool Boys High and holds a Leaving Certificate from the University of New South Wales.
