Andrew Staite is an experienced leader in the LGBTQIA+ advocacy and professional sectors, currently serving as a Non Executive Director at the Australian LGBTQ+ Board & Executive Inclusion (ALBEI) since June 2024 and as Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of The Pinnacle Foundation since July 2019, where the organization supports young LGBTQIA+ Australians through scholarships and mentoring. Additionally, Andrew holds the position of Non Executive Chair at SHK Asia Pacific and has a substantial background in executive roles at Hudson and Morgan & Banks. Educational qualifications include an LGBTQIA+ Executive Fellowship from The University of Sydney Business School and a BA/LLB from the University of Melbourne.
