Josh Nixon

Josh Nixon possesses extensive experience in application development and IT management, currently serving as the Director of Application Development at the Australian Maritime Safety Authority since February 2017. Previously, Josh held various positions at the Australian Department of Immigration and Border Protection, including Director and Assistant Director, where significant projects such as web platform upgrades and major process changes were successfully delivered. With a strong foundation in online marketing and content management systems from earlier roles within the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science, Josh has demonstrated expertise in managing teams, driving technological advancements, and enhancing organizational capabilities throughout a diverse career.
