Rory O'Keeffe

Rory O'Keeffe is a seasoned project manager with a robust background in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as Project Manager for Asset Management and Preparedness at the Australian Maritime Safety Authority since March 2025, Rory previously held key roles at Pilbara Ports, where responsibilities included delivering minor works projects and overseeing engineering teams. With experience spanning various positions at GHD, including Graduate Civil/Coastal Engineer, Rory contributed to numerous local and national projects. Additional experience includes event management with Scouts Australia and logistics coordination at Suncorp Stadium. Rory's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering from The University of Queensland, a Diploma in Project Management from Infinity Training Australia, and several other qualifications in leadership, management, and safety.
