Liz Young

Liz Young is an experienced creative professional with a strong background in live performance production. Currently serving as a Creative Producer at the Australian Museum since April 2021, Liz previously held the position of Acting Head of Production at the Sydney Theatre Company from February 2020 to April 2021. This role included overseeing production as the company returned to its main venue, the Wharf. From April 2013 to February 2020, Liz was the Production Manager for Performing Lines, an organization dedicated to creating and touring contemporary Australian live performances. Earlier in their career, Liz worked as a Production Coordinator and Stage Manager at the Sydney Opera House from January 2006 to February 2013.
