Meredith Lynch Underwood

Meredith Lynch Underwood currently serves as the Cultural Collections Enhancement Manager and Digitisation Manager for Cultural Collections, Archives & Library at the Australian Museum since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles at the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences, where responsibilities as Collection Digitisation Manager involved leading a significant digitisation initiative for 338,000 collection items. As Collection Logistics Manager, leadership included a team dedicated to the assessment and digitisation of special collections. Previous positions held encompass a decade at International Conservation Services as a Collections Project Manager, specializing in collection management and care, along with various roles in client services and project management across notable organizations. Meredith is pursuing a Diploma in Law Collection Management at the Institute Arts Law, following extensive educational credentials including a Master of Visual Arts from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Rhode Island School of Design.
