Jason Smith possesses extensive experience in sales management and operational leadership, currently serving as General Manager at Australian Outdoor Living since November 2013, where responsibilities include developing a high-performance direct sales team and overseeing all human resource functions. Prior roles include Manager at BrickMart, where business streamlining and standard implementation were key focus areas, and Retail Area Manager at Midland Brick, where management of multiple retail branches was central to the role. Additionally, Jason's experience includes working as an Approvals Coordinator for the City of Stirling. Educationally, Jason earned a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Human Resources from Edith Cowan University, completing studies in 2006.
