Natasha Welsh is the CEO and Co-Founder of Derek's Place, a palliative care facility for families with young children in which a parent is in the palliative phase of a terminal illness. Natasha also currently works as the Games Delivery Manager at Paralympics Australia and has a background in team operations and management in various sports organizations such as Commonwealth Games Australia, Paddle Australia, Australian Sports Commission, and Australian Olympic Committee. Natasha obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports Management from the University of Western Sydney.
