Benjamin Fisher serves as the Executive Vice President at BankUnited, overseeing the residential mortgage platform and managing the securities portfolio as a deputy to the Chief Investment Officer. With a focus on small business initiatives, Benjamin has developed a technology-enabled platform to streamline operations. Active in asset liability management as an ALCO member, Benjamin also engages in corporate strategy and is a member of the CECL committee, responsible for residential analytics and modeling. Prior to this role, Benjamin held the position of Senior Vice President, specializing in securities and residential loan portfolio management, and was an Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focusing on whole loan mortgage trading. Benjamin is an alumnus of Cornell University.
