Scott Nicholas is an experienced professional in the sports and recreation sector, currently serving as Pathways Lead at Paralympics Australia since January 2021. Prior roles include Participation & Pathways Coordinator for Victoria and Tasmania at Yarra Ranges Council, and Disability Action Plan Manager at the AFL, where Scott played a pivotal role in the development of the AFL’s Disability Inclusion Action Plan through strategic consultations and framework development. Prior to that, Scott was the Disability Programs Manager at AFL Victoria, overseeing initiatives to engage people with disabilities in AFL. Moreover, Scott held the position of Participation & Club Development Manager at Bowls Victoria, focusing on funding programs to enhance the sport, and has a background as a Special Projects Coordinator and a voluntary intern. Scott holds a Bachelor of Sport Development from Deakin University, completed in 2012.
