Nancy Bryla

With extensive experience in legal, ESG, regulatory, and corporate affairs, Nancy has held leadership roles in prominent organizations including Australian Payments Network and Transaction Network Services. Nancy's expertise includes governance reform, stakeholder integration for mergers, and the development of critical infrastructure compliance and ESG strategies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Aviation/LLB from Western Sydney University and a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
