Jung Tae Lee has extensive experience in IT support and system administration, currently serving as a Desktop Support Engineer at Wesfarmers Health since June 2021, providing second-level support and expertise in Microsoft 365, hardware/software troubleshooting, and IT equipment deployment. Prior to this, Jung Tae Lee worked at Right Management / Manpower Group for over 12 years, handling a wide range of IT support tasks including Office 365 migration, network integration, and server management. Experience also includes roles at Object Consulting and IBM, showcasing a strong background in technical support and leadership within diverse organizational environments. Educational qualifications include a degree in Information Technology from Incheon Polytechnic College and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Chosun University.
