Arzum Cubuk

Arzum Cubuk is an experienced executive assistant with a diverse background in organizational support and coordination. Currently employed at the Australian Red Cross since October 2021, Arzum has held multiple roles, including Executive Assistant to the Chief People and Culture Officer and Executive Director, International, as well as Chief of Staff. Prior to this, Arzum served as an Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise from April 2019 to October 2021, and as a Personal Assistant at the Burnet Institute from 2011 to 2018. Arzum possesses a rich educational background, holding a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the same institution, an advanced diploma in Logotherapy from Life Change Therapies, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Environmental Science from Deakin University.
