Natalia Ballotin-Hall is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in community service and support initiatives. Currently serving as the Program Manager for the Young Parents Program at Australian Red Cross, Natalia oversees diverse service streams across multiple locations and leads a team of professionals dedicated to family education. Previously, Natalia held roles such as Program Lead for the NSW GROW Program and Ignite Program at Settlement Services International, focusing on developing frameworks for service delivery and casework support for refugee entrepreneurs.
