Zo Zhou

Zo Zhou currently serves as the Experience Delivery Lead at Australian Red Cross, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Zo was a consultant at Chuffed.org and held several key roles at Change.org, including Global Marketing Manager and Engagement and Revenue Director, from July 2018 to February 2023. Other professional experiences include digital production and account management at Agency | Strategic Creative, National Communications Manager at Youth Food Movement Australia, and various positions in communications and marketing at organizations such as The Urban List, The Benevolent Society, Traction Digital, and Planet Ark. Zo holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree with First Class Honours in Media and Communication from the University of Canterbury, completed in 2011.
