Chris Pearce

Chris Pearce is an accomplished corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience in insolvency and restructuring. Currently serving as a WA Committee Member for ARITA since April 2024, Chris has held the position of Managing Partner at Blackwall Legal LLP since October 2015. In addition to these roles, Chris has been an Executive Member of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia since January 2016 and has contributed significantly as Chair and Deputy Chair of the Insolvency and Restructuring Committee. Chris also leads matilda.law as Managing Director and works as Course Director for Commercial Law at The Piddington Society. As a Non-Executive Director at Healthy Hips Australia and Founder & Director of Castle Advisory Ltd, Chris demonstrates a commitment to both professional and community duties. Educationally, Chris holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry from The University of Western Australia.
