Julie joined QSuper in 2016 and is ART’s General Manager Member Engagement, responsible for delivering ART’s multi-channel member engagement strategy to achieve a market-leading service experience for ART’s members.
In this Acting role as Chief Member Officer, Julie is responsible for the teams that directly serve the members day-to-day, including member services and operations, insurance services, business integration and technical advice.
Prior to her current role, Julie was QSuper’s General Manager Member Engagement and Advice. She also held roles at QSuper including Head of Member Services, Head of Contact Centre and Head of Advice.
Julie has more than 25 years’ experience in senior member services and operational leadership roles, including at Aware Super, the ATO, Allianz Partners, Bupa, MBF and Sunsuper.
