Monica Diaz is a seasoned Senior Test Analyst with extensive experience in quality assurance and software testing across various industries. Currently serving at the Australian Retirement Trust since June 2022, Monica previously held roles as a QA Engineer at Superdraft and Test Analyst at Auto & General. Notably, Monica has worked as a Senior Software Test Analyst for Village Roadshow Theme Parks Gold Coast, leading testing efforts for mobile applications and websites that enhance guest experiences. Monica has also held positions at VoiceFoundry ANZ, Department of Environment and Heritage, MobileDen, Retriever Communications, Oakton, and Scentre Group, demonstrating expertise in test strategy, design, execution, and reporting across diverse platforms and methodologies.
