Ashley Wolff is an experienced performance support manager and lead physiotherapist at Australian Sailing since December 2018. Prior to this role, Ashley served at the Olympic Winter Institute of Australia from October 2007 to June 2018, holding positions as medical services and rehabilitation manager, as well as aerial skiing team manager and physiotherapist. Ashley holds a Master of Health Science in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney, obtained in 2005, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy from the same institution, completed in 2001.
