Laura Telford

Laura Telford is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in media relations and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Media Officer at the Australian Signals Directorate since December 2022, Laura also actively contributes to Rotaract Australia, where Laura has held various leadership positions, including Chairperson and Vice Chair, fostering development for over 1000 emerging leaders. Previous roles include Senior Communications Officer at the Australian Electoral Commission and Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Veterans SA. With a background in journalism at Fairfax Media and News Corp, along with a strong academic foundation in Politics and International Studies from Flinders University and Keele University, Laura combines practical expertise with a commitment to empowering young leaders in both local and global communities.
