Tara McGowan

Tara McGowan has a wealth of experience in various roles including Workplace Relations Senior Advisor, Senior Performance Adviser, Information Technology Business Analyst, IT Change Manager, and IT Services Team Leader. Currently, Tara is serving as the Assistant Director of Culture & People Strategies and Workforce Development & Communications at the Australian Sports Commission. Prior to this, Tara worked at the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water for over a decade.
